Callista is an ultra-luxury residential project by Citadel Developers, located in Kadri, Mangalore. This ₹4 crore single-floor sky villa concept offers exclusivity, privacy, and spacious living with just one apartment per floor. With only 25 units in the entire project, Callista is designed for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) seeking an elite and private living experience.

The Objective:
